Zenergy Boxing
Zenergy Boxing is a great way to get out of the house, head to a local park around Newcastle and raise your heart rate. You can even work out some frustrations or relieve some stress as you punch your way into a toned new body. Best of all, you don't get hit!
But don't think it's all punching and sparring - Zenergy Fitness Boxing classes are just as much about giving you a great cardio workout. You'll duck, weave and jab, sure, but you'll also stretch, crunch, lunge and run - giving you a full-body workout.
